The student team of undergraduate students from Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) consisting of Mumtaz Mahfud (Management 2018) and Shella Atria Rangkuti (Economics 2018) won the second place in the "Jogja Bebas Klitih" Short Video Competition for public and university students category held by Faculty of Cultural Science Universitas Gadjah Mada (FIB UGM).
The competition was open for public and students and divided into two categories: 1) Public and university students; and 2) Junior and Senior High School students. Participants are mandated to upload their works on their social media account from 17 August to 15 October 2018 and the winners announcement on 28 October 2018.
This competition was held to prevent students from doing “Klitih”, the activity to hurt other people in the night particularly when riding a motorcycle. "Klitih" has transformed the reputation of Yogyakarta into a non-safe city. FIB UGM held this competition with the hope to educate people to stop “klitih” and bring back the reputation of Yogyakarta as a safe city. The video of FEB UGM team can be seen at instagram link.
