Saturday (27/7), the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) held a reunion of the Gadjah Mada Faculty of Economics Alumni Family (KAFEGAMA). The reunion which brought together the groups from 1970 to 1972 began at 09.00 WIB. Eko Suwardi, M.Sc., Ph.D. as the Dean of FEB UGM welcomed with appreciation the alumni who attended. Eko explained the progress of the development of FEB UGM while giving the staff a remembrance of the lecture period at the UGM Central Building, better known as the “blue campus”. This was agreed upon by Edi Haryoto as the representative of the alumni who also appreciated the development of FEB UGM.

In the reunion, the lecturers were also present, including Prof. Dr. Sudarsono, M.Sc; Prof. Dr. Prasetyo Supono, MBA; Drs. A. Haryono Yusuf, MBA; Prof. Dr. Arief Suadi, MBA; Dr. Harsono, M.Sc; dan Drs. Ari Sudarman. M.Ec. Cheers and jokes remembered many things when taking classes taught by the lecturers. Not to forget, the KAFEGAMA also gave a memento to the lecturers and also the education staff in the library (Mulyono), as well as the teaching section (Barjono). The program continued with courteusity.

In the evening, the event continued at the 8th Floor Auditorium of the FEB UGM Learning Center. The event is an embodiment of activities from, by, and for alumni. Basu Swastha Dharmesta as the representative of the committee opened the event with a warm welcome. The event was also enlivened with Mari Kangen's dance and the spontaneity of the alumni. The atmosphere was very warm and full of intimacy fulfilling the meeting that night. Alumni spend the night together with old friends while remembering funny and ridiculous events in the past. This is in line with the activity tagline, "Jogja iku pancen nggregetake lan ngraketake".
