FEB UGM Released 167 Graduates at Graduation Period IV Postgraduate Program Academic Year 2022/2023

All students who passed the Graduation Ceremony of Period IV of the 2022/2023 Academic Year felt moments of emotion and pride. The event was held on Wednesday (26/07) at the Grha Sabha Pramana (GSP) UGM building and was broadcast live via the "Universitas Gadjah Mada" YouTube channel. Gamelan chants' accompaniment, the National Anthem Indonesia Raya singing and the Gadjah Mada Hymn started the ceremony process. UGM Rector, Prof. dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med., Ed., Sp.OG(K)., Ph.D., conveyed the rector’s message in her opening speech. "After completing your education, UGM hopes that you will commit to developing science and technology and uphold the UGM alma mater," she said.
Furthermore, the graduation activities for each faculty were continued in their respective places. The graduation ceremony for each FEB UGM study program was held in a different place. The celebration of the Master of Accounting (MAKSI) was held on the 3rd floor of the MAKSI Building, Master of Development Economics (MEP) in Room 1.2. A – MEP Campus, and Master of Science (MSi) in BRI Auditorium Room, 3rd Floor MSi & MD Program Building. Meanwhile, the Master of Management (MM) graduation ceremony was held the previous day, namely Tuesday (25/07) at the Master of Management Building. During this period, FEB UGM graduated 167 postgraduate graduates, with details of 66 graduates coming from the Masters of Management (MM) Yogyakarta, 39 graduates from the Masters of Management (MM) Jakarta, 25 graduates from the Master of Science (MSi), 24 graduates from the Masters in Accounting (MAKSI), and 13 graduates from the Masters in Development Economics (MEP).
The following are the achievements recorded at the Graduation Ceremony of the FEB UGM Postgraduate Program Period IV for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
- In the Master in Accounting Study Program (MAKSI), the highest GPA was achieved by Fauziah Ekawati, M.Acc. with a GPA of 3.95. Meanwhile, the graduate with the fastest study period was achieved by Elsa Amalia, M.Acc., with a study period of 1 year, 7 months and 13 days.
- In the Master of Science Study Program (MSi), the highest GPA was achieved by Dian Agustina, M.Sc., a graduate of the Master of Science in Accounting Program with a GPA of 3.91. Meanwhile, the graduate with the fastest study period was achieved by Ruth Meilianna, M.Sc., a graduate of the Master of Science in Economics with a study period of 1 year, 9 months and 27 days.
- In the Master in Management Study Program (MBA), the highest GPA was achieved by Helena Haryono, M.B.A. with a GPA of 3.95. Meanwhile, graduates with the fastest study period were Yosi Amelia Putri, M.B.A., Elvira Masitoh Purbaningrum, M.B.A., Anjulie Binti Abdul Razak, M.B.A., Siti Nurwala, M.B.A., Vu Duc Hoa, M.B.A., Feronika Marsella, M.B.A., and Wong Zi Ni, M.B.A.
- In the Masters in Development Economics Study Program (MEP), the highest GPA was achieved by Alvian Nurhadi, M.Ec.Dev., with a GPA of 3.82. Meanwhile, the graduate with the fastest study period was achieved by Resa Tri Putranto, M.Ec.Dev., with a study period of 1 year, 4 months, and 6 days.
At the graduation ceremony organized by the Masters of Science and Doctor, Vice Dean for Finance, Assets and Human Resources FEB UGM, Suyanto, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D., was present to give a speech. He represented the entire FEB UGM extended family to congratulate the graduates for completing their studies at FEB UGM. He hopes that the graduates can contribute positively in various fields of community life. Congratulations to the graduates for the new titles and congratulations on continuing a more colorful journey!
