The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM held a retirement ceremony for professional staff members who have entered retirement.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), welcomed a benchmarking visit from three universities: the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Mataram; the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Siliwangi; and the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, on Friday (October 31).

The 1995 cohort of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA 1995), has once again extended its support for student learning by donating 18 laptops to FEB UGM.

As technology and industrialization continue to advance rapidly, the needs of the labor market have become increasingly diverse and specific.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM), through its Sustainability and Strategic Initiatives Unit (SSIU), held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in an effort to develop the Sustainable Business School Framework (SBSF) and compile the FEB UGM Sustainability Report on Wednesday, 19 October 2025.

Luluk Lusiantoro, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., (CSP), Head of SSIU FEB UGM, explained that the FGD aimed to align and collect input from each unit on implementing sustainability principles across the three pillars of higher education and faculty operations.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), remains committed to fostering the growth of young entrepreneurs among its students.

Waste remains a serious issue in Indonesia. Data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) indicate that the country generates approximately 33.9 million tons of trash annually, with more than half originating from household organic waste.

The Management Student Family Association (IKAMMA) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM) once again presented a series of annual activities entitled Young Entrepreneurs Show (YES!) 2025.

FEB UGM students have once again achieved national recognition. The Kimbub Team, consisting of Alyssa Novelia (Accounting 2024), Zhafira Putri Miranda (Accounting 2024), and Muhammad Adiyaksa Maulana Tsaqif (Accounting 2024), won 2nd place in the 4th Conference of Business and Professional Accounting Students (KIMBAP #4) organized by Sanata Dharma University (USD).

The competition consisted of two stages.
