The Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Technology (Wamen Kominfo), Nezar Patria, has expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) in contributing to the success of the national digital transformation program through the launch of the Gadjah Mada Digital Transformation Governance Index (GM-DTGI) for regional and local governments.
The GM-DTGI was developed by the Center for Information Systems Studies (PKSI) at the Faculty of Accountancy, FEB UGM.

Vidhyazputri Belva Aqila, an Accounting undergraduate student batch of 2023, collaborated with her three peers—Abla Salsabila (Civil Engineering 2022), Aurellia Zaitun Candraningrum (Civil Engineering 2022), and Maureen Arsa Sanda Cantika (Geographical Information Systems 2022)—to develop an instant cement product using shell waste as the raw material.
The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (KEMENKOPUKM) of the Republic of Indonesia, together with the Katadata Indonesia, Alumni Family of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA), and the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), will conduct a Public Lecture on “Young MSMEs: The Future of the Nation’s Economy”, (Indonesian, UMKM Muda: Masa Depan Perekonomian Bangsa) and Launch the MSME Digital House (RDU) Website, which will facilitate the development of MSME digital businesses in Indonesia.
The Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) has launched a psychological counseling service for faculty members and professional staff.
The Center for Information Systems Studies (PKSI) of the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, will conduct a National Seminar and Release of the Gadjah Mada Digital Transformation Governance Index (GM-DTGI) for Regency/City Governments and the Presentation of the 2024 GM-DTGI Awards.
